Statement:
Tony Butler of Merriam, KS has some exciting works in this show. His use of acrylic
and oil stick on canvas is quite expressively rich in color and texture. All of his works
in this show are remarkable especially his work “Child Development” in which the lower
format are of darker shades and less developed while the upper format is more detailed,
lighter and more colorful. The playfulness and spontaneity felt in his works are really refreshing. |
